Jon is the founder and CEO of Kyron Health & Fitness. He has a multidimensional background in fitness from Niagara College (Fitness & Health Promotion) and Sheridan College (Athletic Therapy) as well as several other continued education courses. Jon’s passion for fitness stems from a deep interest in sciences, specifically biology, physics, and the application of biomechanical principles within fitness and health.
Jon’s work in the industry began working with youth lacrosse, football, and wrestling athletes (16-21 years of age), after which he transitioned injury rehabilitation and prevention. Jon’s participation across several categories of health have contributed to his unique perspective on establishing and addressing special conditions (chronic illnesses, post surgical care, overuse injuries etc.).

Natasa received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Promotion degree at Sheridan College. Through this, she was able to build hands-on experience across various fields, including research, personal training, and working in a clinic setting, helping to form her unique perspective and approach to health.
Natasa’s involvement in fitness began with a passion for sports. An avid athlete throughout middle and high school, and played over 5 years of competitive volleyball. Her love for sports and coaching is what led her to being a Strength & Conditioning coach.
Natasa has been a strength & conditioning coach for over 7 years, and is passionate about the importance of functional movement, improving quality of life, and assisting her clients in achieving their goals. She uses her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess and train her clients to the most optimal level. Natasa has worked with a diverse set of client profiles, including people in all walks of life including elite athletes like figure skaters, volleyball players and swimmers.
Winson holds a NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) certification and has an educational background in mental health studies from the University of Toronto. Winson is focused on helping his clients navigate their individual fitness journeys, and has aided numerous clients in achieving their lifelong fitness goals.
Specialising in strength training, bodybuilding, weight loss, and general fitness improvement, Winson has worked with clients across all age groups, including parents, business owners, young adults, and seniors. His experience with different client profiles as well as mental health studies has helped to craft Winson’s unique approach to training, and allows him to connect with and develop clients of all experience levels and backgrounds. Regardless if it is someone’s first day in the gym or they are a veteran athlete, Winson is ready to apply the best method to bring out optimal performance.
Rajiv Naidoo has been a Certified Personal Trainer for +7 years. Prior to this, Rajiv was a personal fitness enthusiast and competitive athlete across soccer, rugby, and notably, was a member of the Western Track & Field team. Rajiv specialises in high performance and sports-specific training, and worked with an array of athletes to enhance their physical and mental output and capabilities.
